TREC Legal Update Instructor Training Coming to a City Near You!

Are you an instructor who wants to teach the 2026-2027 version of Legal Update I and II?

Are you a continuing education provider who plans to seek approval to offer the 2026–2027 Legal Update I and II courses?

The Texas Real Estate Commission is packing up the Legal Update toolkit and heading your way this fall with instructor training sessions in five Texas cities from September to December. Join us from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch included) for this essential, in-person event.

To teach Legal Update I and II for the upcoming cycle starting on January 1, 2026, instructors must attend this training and pass each final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
